1. Age Restriction
This event is strictly 18+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions will be made at the door.
2. Entry & Early Access Signup
Signing up for early access registers your interest and gives you priority access to location details and ticket release. It does not guarantee entry or a ticket. Capacity is limited and entry is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once tickets go on sale.
3. Security & Entry Conditions
All attendees may be subject to a security search on entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund for intoxication, aggressive behaviour, possession of illegal substances or weapons, or failure to comply with venue/staff instructions.
4. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, illness, or inability to attend, except where required by law.
5. Event Changes
Lineup, venue, doors time, and running order are subject to change without notice. The event may be rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control; in such cases, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at signup.
6. Photography & Video
By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional and archival purposes. This footage may be used across Rectify's social media and marketing without further notice or compensation.
7. Your Information
Details submitted through the signup form (name and email) are kept private and used solely to communicate event updates, including the venue location. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your email is stored securely and only accessed by the event organisers. If you'd like your details removed from our list at any time, contact us and we'll action it promptly.
8. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, organisers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
